RailSpur is a sustainable, LEED Platinum-certified micro-district in Seattle's historic Pioneer Square, revitalizing three historic warehouse buildings into a vibrant hub of office, residential, and hospitality spaces. It features restored timber-and-brick structures, activated alleys, and new culinary concepts by Chef Renee Erickson.

The project achieved LEED Platinum status, focusing on adaptive reuse and historic preservation and acts as a "cultural hub," connecting the neighborhood's industrial history with modern, community-focused experiences.
